🎁 Hostel Concessions & Add-ons:
• 5% Rebate will be given on the total annual hostel fee for on-time deposit.
• 10% Sibling Concession will be provided for the younger brother or sister.
• ₹5,000 must be deposited towards pocket money and other hostel accessories for the student.
• ₹5,000 hostel admission fee will be charged separately.

🎓 Merit Scholarship Scheme (Session 2026-27)
Tuition fee concessions based on Class X academic performance.

ℹ️ Note: Percentage marks based scholarship is tentative only. Necessary changes may be made after the final result of Board Exam 2025-26.
📋 Payment Policy & Guidelines

🗓️ Payment Schedule
- School fees are to be paid on a half-yearly basis.
- Boarding fees are to be paid in three easy installments due on or before the 7th of April, October, and January of the academic session.
- Payments must be made through digital transactions, RTGS/NEFT or through payment Gateway in students App in favour of Gudha Public School, Neemkathana, payable at HDFC Bank.
🚌 Transport & Late Penalty
- Transport fees are to be paid half-yearly.
- No refund of deposited transport fee will be given if a student chooses not to use transport after depositing.
- A fine of ₹50 per day will be charged if fee is not paid on time until end of month.
- If fee is unpaid by end of month, student name will be struck off from school rolls.
⚖️ Fee Changes & Board Fees
- Management reserves right to adjust fees due to overall rise in operational costs.
- Mid-session hostel admissions are charged after deducting mess charges for non-attending months.
- For Class IX or XI CBSE admission from a non-CBSE board: ₹500 Board Change Fee.
- For Class X or XII direct admission in CBSE: ₹5,000 direct admission fee.
🔄 Refund & Scholarship Guidelines
- Hosteller withdrawal (0-7 days): Registration + Admission + 1 month hostel fee deducted. Tuition fee non-refundable.
- Hosteller withdrawal after 7 days: No refund provided. Refunds processed by cheque within 7 days.
- Scholarship for Class X-XII (CBSE/HBSE/Others) calculated as average of first 5 subjects.
- Scholarship for Class X-XII (RBSE & ICSE) calculated as average of all subjects.
- Class XI scholarships valid only if student continues to Class XII in the same school.
- For direct Class XII CBSE admission, scholarship based on Class X marks reduced to 50%.
